This is the will of God, your sanctification
(being set apart to Him),

In the country shepherds were staying in the field, guarding their flocks by night.
And the angel of the Lord came upon them,
and the glory of the Lord surrounded them:
and they were terrified.
The angel said to them, Fear not:
for, behold, I bring you news of great joy
for all people.
For unto you is born today a Savior,
who is Christ the Lord.

His will better than anything man

and make man in His image
to rule over the world with Him.

to deliver His people
from Egyptian slavery
4
and illustrate deliverance
of all the world from evil
forever,
showing that He is the true God,
their Maker.
He is the power that enables
our breath and heartbeat and thinking and everything we do.
I am He;
I will I carry you:
I have made you, and I will carry
and deliver you.
Will you bow down to something
you have to carry,
that can’t answer you,
or save you from your troubles?

to establish the second

By which will we are sanctified
through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Hebrews 10:10
12
Sanctification means set apart.
We are being set apart to the Almighty,
beautiful Maker of the universe.
The One who made you for Himself,
to share all the wonder
of His Glory with you.
Every one that is called by My name
I have created for My glory.
Isaiah 43:7
This man,

those that are sanctified.
Hebrews 10:12-14
Imagine being perfect forever:
never a spot or blemish or hair out of place,
never thinking or saying
or doing anything that is less than perfect.
That’s what He did for us, and for all the universe, forever!
I was in the spirit and saw a throne in heaven,
and He that sat on it looked like a jasper
14
and a sardine stone
surrounded by a rainbow
that looked like an emerald.
Holy, harmless, undefiled,
separate from sinners

who says, Come to Me,
I will give you rest.

Infinite Treasure
In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom
and knowledge
God is love.1 John 4:8
Since God is infinite and eternal,
He is infinite and eternal love.
He created us, and everything,
from that love.
The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in a field which when a man finds it, he goes and sells everything and buys that field. Matthew 13:44
Man is the treasure, created in His image
3
of infinite glory but fallen into evil.
The world is the field.

If our gospel is hid,
it is hid to them that are lost:
the god of this world has
blinded their minds, who don’t believe,
so the light of the glorious gospel of Christ,
won’t shine to them.
7
God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, has shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
We have this treasure in bodies of earth dust,
that the excellency of the power may be of God,
and not of us.
2 Corinthians 4:3-7
The One who made all treasures.
What the world is searching for
8
is found in Him, infinitely:
infinite and eternal love, joy, genius, power, righteousness, beauty,
dignity, honor, purity, perfection,
creativity, goodness, mercy, grace,
every good thing that could ever be.
And He invites all,
Come to Me all you that are weary
and loaded down and I will give you rest.

What I require is easy and light.

Sing to the Lord, For the Lord is great.
He is to be feared above all
for all the gods of the nations are idols
(can’t see, walk, talk, to anything):
but the Lord made the heavens.
Honour and majesty are before Him:
strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.
Psalm 96:2-9
13
God, who at various times
and in different ways
spoke in the past by the prophets,
has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things,
by whom also He made the worlds.
He is the brightness of His glory,

by Himself
cleansed our sins,

and receive you to Myself
that where I am you will be.

Eyes of Love
And God saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good
(beautiful, excellent, precious).
Genesis 1:31
His gift of love to all life.

After the fall,
when God saw that the wickedness
of man was great in the earth,
and that every imagination
of the thoughts of his heart
was only evil continually,
He regretted
that He had made man on the earth;
it grieved Him to His heart.
He, being longsuffering,
warned man for 120 years
and then sent the flood
to cleanse a worldwide flood
to cleanse the earth of evil.
But Noah found grace
in the eyes of the Lord.
Genesis 6:5-8
3
At the time when whole earth was of one language.
They said, let’s build a city
and a tower whose top reaches to heaven
so we won’t scattered abroad
on the face of the whole earth.
The Lord came down to see the city
and the tower the children of men were building. They said, Now nothing will be restrained
that they imagine to do.
Let’s mix up their language, so they don’t understand each other.
4
So the Lord scattered them across the face of all the earth: and they stopped building the city. Genesis 11

And the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush:
and he looked and saw the bush burned
but was not consumed.
5
And Moses said, I will turn aside,
and see this great sight, why the bush isn’t burned.
God called to him out of the midst of the bush,
and said, Moses, Moses.
And he said, Here I am.
The Angel said, Don’t come close;
take off your shoes, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.
I am the God of your fathers.
And Moses hid his face;
for he was afraid to look upon God.
6
And the Lord said, I have seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt. I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters,

and to bring them up to a good, large land
flowing with milk and honey.

forgetting the God that formed them.
The Lord saw it and hated them
because it made grief
for His sons and daughters.

My face from them.
I will see what their end will be:
for they are a very perverse generation,
children in whom is no faith.
A fire is kindled in My anger,
that burns to the lowest hell.

When the Lord saw that they humbled themselves He said, I will grant them some deliverance.
2 Chronicles 12:5-7
Why do the nations rage,
and imagine empty things?
They set themselves against the Lord,
and against His anointed.
He that sits in the heavens laughs.
He will speak to them in His wrath.
I set My king on My holy hill and declare, You are My Son.
11
Today I have fathered you. I will give the nations for Your inheritance.
Be wise, kings:
be instructed, judges of the earth.
Serve the Lord with fear
and rejoice with trembling.
Kiss the Son so He won’t be angry,
and you perish
(For He holds your breath
in His hand. Job 12:10).
Blessed are all they
that put their trust in Him.
Psalm 2
Now when Jesus came near the city gate,
12
He saw a dead man being carried out,

He Showed Himself
To know the Love of Christ
3 days after Jesus’ crucifixion,
on the first day of the week,
very early in the morning,
women came to the tomb,
bringing the spices
and found the stone rolled away.
They went in but didn’t find the body of the Lord Jesus.
Two men stood by them in shining garments.
They were terrified as the men asked,
Why do you seek the living among the dead?
He is not here,
but is risen,
as He said,
The Son of man must be delivered
into the hands of sinful men,
3
and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
Matthew 20:19
Two were traveling to a village called Emmaus when Jesus drew near and walked with them.
But their eyes were withheld
so that they didn’t recognize Him.
He asked, What are you talking about
that you are so sad? The one named Cleopas said,
Don’t you know what just happened?
How Jesus of Nazareth, a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people was arrested by the leaders and crucified?
4
That was 3 days ago.
And women took spices to the tomb this morning
and were astonished to find it empty.
Angels were there that told them,
He isn’t here. He is risen.
Jesus asked the two,
Shouldn’t the Savior suffer these things,
and then enter His glory?
Who His own self bore our sins
in His own body on the cross, that we,
being dead to sin could live to God
5
by whose wounds all can be healed.
1 Peter 2:24
And Jesus started at the beginning
and showed them in all the scriptures
the things concerning Himself.
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
All things were made by Him.
In Him was life; and the life was the light of men.
6
That was the true light that enlightens everyone
that comes into the world.
John 1:1-4
The night before His arrest Jesus, lifted up His eyes to heaven and said, Father, the hour is come;
glorify Your Son,
You have given Him power over all flesh,
to give eternal life to those you gave Him.
And this is life eternal, that they might know You
7
the only true God. John 17:1-3
The wrath of God is revealed from heaven
against all ungodliness
because what can be known of God is shown in them;
for God has showed it to them:
the flood in Noah’s day and Sodom and Gomorrah.
For the invisible things of Him
from the creation of the world
are clearly seen,
being understood by the things that are made,
even His eternal power
8
and Godhead, the trinity:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Romans 1:17-20
And Jesus was shown to be the Son of God
with power,

and found the eleven gathered together with others.
They told what had happened
9
and as they were speaking
Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them
and said, Peace to you.
They were terrified thinking He was ghost.
He said, Why are you troubled?
See My hands and My feet,
It’s me! Does a spirit have flesh and bones?
And He showed them His hands and is feet.
He ate a piece of broiled fish and some honeycomb.
Then He opened their understanding and said,
10
It was necessary for Christ to suffer,
and to rise from the dead the third day
so forgiveness of all sins could be preached
in His name
among all nations.
It showed His love,
for while we were still sinners,
He died for us. Romans 5:8
I send the promise of My Father to you.
Wait in Jerusalem until you are filled
with power from on high.
And He led them out as far as to Bethany,
lifted up His hands, and blessed them.
11
And while He blessed them,
He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.
Luke 24:45-51
Before His arrest Jesus told them,
It is expedient for you that I go away:
for if I don’t go away,
the Comforter won’t come to you;
but if I leave, I will send Him to you.
I still have many things to tell you,
but you can’t bear them now.
But when the Spirit of truth comes,
12
He will guide you into all truth
and show you things to come. He will glorify Me:
for He will receive what is Mine
and show it to you.
When the Son of man comes in His glory,
and all the holy angels with Him,
then He will sit on the throne of His glory
and gather all nations before Him.
and He will separate them
as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. He will set the sheep on His right,
13
but the goats on the left.
Then King will say to those on His right,
Come, you blessed of My Father,
inherit the kingdom
prepared for you
from the foundation of the world.
Matthew 25:31-34
Jesus told His own,
Those who love Me will keep My words:
and My Father will love them,
and we will come and make our home with them.

and you, being rooted and grounded in love,
will see all His infinite glories,
and know the infinite love of Christ,
and be filled with all the fullness of God.
